At Flake Infused, we are committed to providing fast, secure, and completely discreet shipping across the United Kingdom and internationally. Every order is handled with care to ensure your package arrives safely, privately, and on time.

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy matters to us. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no logos, product names, or references to Flake Infused on the outside of the parcel. Shipping labels and return addresses are kept neutral for maximum discretion. 

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday

  • Orders placed before 3PM GMT are usually dispatched the same day

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time or during weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed

  • Tracking information is sent automatically once your package has been dispatched

International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. 

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. Flake Infused is not responsible for customs delays, inspections, or seized packages once the shipment has left the UK.

To help ensure smooth delivery, customs declarations are kept discreet and generic whenever legally permitted. 

Tracking Your Order

All tracked shipments include a tracking number sent via email after dispatch. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear once the courier receives the parcel.

If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Parcels

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

  • UK parcels are considered lost after 10 working days

  • International parcels are considered lost after 25 working days

Where appropriate, replacement shipments or store credit may be offered after investigation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are accurate before completing checkout. Flake Infused cannot be held responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. 

Failed Deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refused delivery

  • Incorrect address information

The customer may be responsible for additional reshipping costs.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders to certain destinations where shipping restrictions, customs regulations, or courier limitations may apply.
